How long does the shipping take?

All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to email to pay for it to be shipped back to you. All Returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Please ensure that the returned item is shipped back in its original form, tags attached and unworn. All items are inspected after arrival to determine if eligible for store credit .

I didn’t get all of my items.
- We try and get items out as quickly as possible and will ship them as soon as they are prepared for shipping. Often, we’ll ship packages separately at no additional cost to you. Since each item will have their individual tracking number, they will ship at its own pave and sometimes be delivered to you a few days apart
Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?
- Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Once you receive the items you can return it for an exchange per our return policy.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed delivered by USPS. We suggest that you file a missing package report with USPS if this is the case. We are not responsible for address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address.
