 Shipping

  • Shipping is free on all USA orders over $50. Orders less than $50 are a $2.99 flate rate. 
  • We ship directly from our favorite international suppliers directly to your door, saving you money along the way. For this reason, shipping takes a bit longer.
  • Order processing is 2-7 business days.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Orders arrive within 14-20 days after the order has been processed and shipped.
  • We do our best to ship as soon as possible and often you will receive your order much sooner.
  • However please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times and in the rare case of unforeseen issues with courier or logistics delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
  • If your order has not arrived within 8 weeks from dispatch you will be eligible for a full refund.

    Where do we ship our products from?

    • At Beebeebaby we have multiple warehouses worldwide, so depending on the items you have ordered will determine where your order is shipped from. Some items are shipped from our warehouses in the USA and whilst others are shipped to you directly from the artisans in their country of origin. 

     

    • Most of our warehouses are located in Asia (Korea, China and Singapore) who will ship your items to you directly, bringing you the best deals on the latest trends. We save on branded tags and packaging, and pass these savings directly on to you! We are dedicated to delivering fantastic product and service, and are frequently adding new and exciting items to our store so be sure to check out our new arrivals! 

     How can I track my order?

    • After your order is placed, it takes 2-7 business day to get your items processed, packaged, and prepared for shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking number is soon as it ships out.

     

    • When ordering more than one item these may be sent out in separate packages. Each shipment is given a unique tracking numbers and you will be notified via our automated tracking system. If you receive part of your order first don't worry as the rest will be on it's way!

    Price Adjustments

    • We do not do price adjustments on any previous orders.

     

     What is the Return Policy? 

    RETURNS
    • We fully stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
    • All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to email to pay for it to be shipped back to you.  All Returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

    HOW TO RETURN?
    To return:
    Please ensure that the returned item is shipped back in its original form, tags attached and unworn. All items are inspected after arrival to determine if eligible for store credit .
    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
    Customer must provide tracking information. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your return is LOST and we did not receive tracking information, we will not be able to process your return and you will NOT receive store credit.
    We have a 14 day return policy which means we must receive the package back in our facility within 14 days .
    All returns that are received after 14 days will NOT be eligible for store credit. Items received after 14 days will be shipped back to the customer.

    I didn't get all of my items
    • We try and get items out as quickly as possible and will ship them as soon as they are prepared for shipping. Often, we’ll ship packages separately at no additional cost to you. Since each item will have their individual tracking number, they will ship at its own pace and sometimes be delivered to you a few days apart

    Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

    • Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Once you receive the items you can return it for an exchange per our return policy.

    • Beebeebaby proudly stands behind its products and company. Customer protection is our number one priority. Your payment information is always protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.  It is the most common method for processing payments on the internet. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

    Missing Packages

    • If for any reason you do not receive your item, please use your tracking number to lookup the status. If USPS has confirmed delivery through their tracking system, please contact them directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed delivered by USPS. We suggest that you file a missing package report with USPS if this is the case. We are not responsible for address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address.
